To remain competitive Synergis were given the task by Homebase to create a multi-channel customer engagement platform which delivered on three core areas: 1. Build Momentum – Get ahead of the market by delivering high levels of customer satisfaction resulting in repeat visits and a positive sales trend throughout the year. 2. Add value – Adopt a more customer centric value adding proposition leading to improved loyalty and retail margins. 3. Improve brand cohesion – Create an integrated launch which will result in increased online and offline channel traffic with improved customer metrics
