We use a bespoke tool, called the VISION ORBIT which helps you to plan the future growth and success of your business. We will develop plans for each of your key drivers such as new business, team, financial management and client relationships.
ONGOING MONITORING
Achieve your personal and business goals
Once we have worked with you to develop the strategy for your business, we usually work with clients on an ongoing basis for a few months or even years. We make sure regular board meetings take place and record actions that are agreed. We then revisit the agreed strategy on a regular basis and refine as necessary.
