When we started Synergis back in 2007 we had one over – riding objective. That was to never be ordinary. We strive to be better at communicating with our clients than our competitors. We only present campaigns which we truly believe in – bespoke not recycled from another presentation. We aim to be creative but also pragmatic and don’t waste our clients’ time presenting ideas which do not deliver an appropriate return on investment.
We remain independent so that we can focus on our clients’ business not on internal shareholder issues. We are in business not to win awards but to help our clients build great brands. Ten years on, we still work for many of the clients who backed us a start up in 2007 which is testament to the energy and drive which we offer to each and every one of our clients.
At the heart of Synergis is developing marketing solutions for successful businesses. Working in partnership with our clients, we immerse ourselves in their brands, products and markets to fully understand their customers, competitors, distribution networks and sales channels. With this knowledge we develop high quality, measurable campaigns in line with agreed objectives.
As well as directing the business, our Managing Director also heads up our flagship Tesco account and loves nothing more than walking around supermarket aisles looking at new products and merchandising solutions.
Affectionately known as The Fixer. With almost a quarter of a century of experience about getting things done on time, on brief and on budget, what he doesn’t know about production isn’t really worth knowing anyway.
The American hunter gatherer with 20+ years experience in creative lead communications across markets in the USA, Sweden and now the UK. Most recently jumped ship from FCB to become partner at Synergis.
Mark is our digital and mobile guru. Having started his career in brand management, he transferred into the digital sphere a few years ago and has worked on multi-channel campaigns for both Tesco and Nokia.
Eve has worked both client and agency side for over 15 years. She has worked with a range of high profile brands including Thorntons, Tesco and Radisson hotels.
Nicki is our retail guru having spent over 18 years at Tesco in both Commercial and Marketing roles. She has extensive experience across several food and drink categories and has really found her passion in Free From. Nicki spent over 7 years managing the Free From brand championing truly customer centric plans that delivered consistent YOY growth. This along with her collaborative approach has established her as a recognised figurehead within the industry.
